Chevrolet This is the fifth car I have purchased from James Wood. They have always given very good service. – A. It is this attitude of making things right for the customer that I truly appreciate, and it is why I am still completely satisfied with James Wood and would definitely recommend them to others. It is this same attitude that will keep me coming back to James Wood for sales and service. I have had experiences with other GM dealers that seem like they don't have the time to talk to you if you aren't spending a lot of money or are needing something taken care of under warranty. The only answer that was not the highest rating had to do with the variety available on the lot. I believe this model is very highly sought and they are hard to keep on hand, so my answer should not reflect on the sales person, nor the dealership. It is a testament to what a great car the Equinox is. I went to purchase this vehicle at another dealership and if had not been for my prior experiences with Wendy Deter my sales rep., I would have not purchased the car. Answered all my questions and braved the cold weather in a golf cart with me in tow. I'm hoping to get even half as many miles on this 2011 p/u as I have on my 1994 Silverado. I told her at the time that if you guys ever need to use my 94 in a promotion on a great vehicle, I have the proof of a properly maintained P/U as it has 400,000 miles on it and still gets 17 to 20 mpg and besides a little crack in the windshield it still looks brand new.
